Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, business name, website if supplied, and message. We use this information to respond and discuss the requested service.
Storage and delivery
Inquiries are stored in a private database before a notification is attempted. Hosting and email providers may process the information to deliver the service. We do not sell inquiry data.
Security records
The form uses a short-lived security token, a hidden spam field, and request limits. A keyed hash of the connecting IP address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored by the application. The hosting provider may retain separate server access logs.
Analytics choices
Optional analytics and advertising integrations load only after the corresponding choice is enabled. You can change your choices through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Inquiry text and contact details are never placed in the analytics data layer.
Retention and requests
The website inquiry database retains submissions for up to 90 days. Email correspondence and relevant client records may be kept longer while we handle your request or provide the service. You can ask to access, correct, or remove inquiry data using our contact form.
